At Hagberg Construction Inc. our process is straightforward. We meet with the homeowner and architect to review the project plans and then we submit a thorough bid detailing materials, sub-contracted work, client allowances and our supervision, insurance and profit.
Most important: We are committed to our work. Unlike many other San Diego general contractors and home builders, who estimate your project and then shop around for the lowest bidding sub-contractors, our general contractor offers an in-house staff of carpenters and laborers to maintain control over the custom-home or remodeling construction project from start to finish. We will not sub-contract out any work we previously committed to doing in-house. In fact, many of our sub-contractors have been working with us for more than 8 years. These sub-contractors are quite competitive in their bids and are all experts in their respective fields.
